At Silks Are Forever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artificial botanicals and home decor. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping items back.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all stems and foliage are protected, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Send your return to our warehouse using a traceable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
